As a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Riley van Velthuyzen works closely with Chase Sandera, Ross Kroll, and Todd Butler to prepare and deliver highly detailed wealth and tax planning strategies and provide an exceptionally thoughtful, planning-forward client experience.

Prior to joining Ocean Path Advisors, Riley assisted in the building of holistic tax and financial plans for high-net-worth families at a multi-billion dollar, independent Registered Investment Adviser.  Riley enjoys working within a team setting that is focused on helping clients meet and exceed their goals.

Riley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pepperdine University. A Southern California native, Riley loves sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
